    X2 front fork

i purchased my X2 about 3 months ago, its the 04' model. After riding it and my friends stinky i realised that my front fork is really loose compared to his. I tried tightening it up but it didn't help any, i was wondering how i go about stiffening the front up?

i've got the same bike... great bike, except for the stock fork; the marzocchi EXR pro fork is junk! just upgrade to a new fork if you can afford it... i just ordered an '05 Fox Vanilla 130 RLC, and i'm gettin' it installed tomorrow, can't wait to test it out...

ben should be posting this, but my friend has that bike and he put new springs in it that he bought from marzocchi, and he can change the preload now, and he changed the oil, so it feels just like my dj3, but with 120 mm of travel. the way he has it now is a little springy or bouncy ( very fast rebound) buts its soo much better than that loosy goosy sh1t, he doesnt flip over anymore.hope this helps a little. springs shouldnt be more than like 30 bucks either.
