Voodoo Wanga Front Fork 85mm vs. 100mm

I recently purchased a Voodoo Wanga single speed and have been running it with an 85mm Magura fork. I know this bike is manufactured to be ridden with a 100mm fork. Other than the geometry "feeling" different is there any downside to running an 85mm fork? Especially if I add a couple of spacers up top.

I don't believe so.Most of their frames are "optimized" for 100mm forks, but their should be no problem going down to an 80-85mm fork. The problems occur when you move too far up in travel as it severely changes the geometry of the frame and puts too much pressure on areas where it's not advisable.

I have a Voodoo Legba frame and use an 80mm Marzocchi Corsa WC on it with no problems at all.
