    Nice bike Timbercomp!

    You weren't by any chance at the Solo Wold Championships in Whistler last year, were you?

    I remember talking SyCip with a guy from NC that had an EBB Unleaded. I had my Guacoloco Diesel there. I have since increased my SyCip stable to a Diesel, a Double Dribble and a Javaboy (should be complete in a month or so).

    Congrats on the build it loks great!

    Yup that was indeed me in Whistler and yes I am still jealous of that damn hub westpine hub of yours. Good to hear bout your other Sycips as I have only added one 29er Sycip to my family and want a Java Boy something bad...maybe one day if I stop buying old bike crap, but that would only happen if i left the shop and I dont know about that.

    I will post my Javaboy here when it is finished. So far here is the build;

    * Black Phil Wood Low flange track hubs (flip-flop rear) laced to Mavic Open Pro's
    * Schwalbe Marathon tires
    * 1996 Cook Brothers E cranks w/ Shimano M900 BB
    * 1992 WTB Cantilever brakes
    * 1993 Grafton Speedtrap pedals
    * SyCip "Singles Bar"
    * Kooka Racha levers
    * Mango King Headset
    * Antique Brown Brooks Swift saddle

    TBD:
    Full Wood fenders (www.rivercitybicycles.com)
    SyCip stem
    ?? seatpost
    Gear ratio (tentatively it will be 42/16)

    Hey, you work for a shop the Frame/ fork price isn't too bad (wholesale) plus they will build it with curved tubes or straight for the same price.

    I hate telling you that you have amazingly well built, good looking bikes. I like them more than the person that owns them, thats for sure.

    Always a good complement coming from my favorite buddy that only keeps broken bikes or ones that stay together with a wire.
