Shock size for KHS FR 1500

I just picked up this frame for my 13yo. It has a Vanilla R, 7.5 i2i. Is the shaft travel 2.0 inches? Or something else? I also need to get a different spring as it has a 700 x 2.3. Whick I pretty sure is going to way to much for a 150lb kid.

The shock is indeed a 7.5 i2i x 2.0 stroke. I would recommend a 500lb spring if you plan on running the 6" setting. The only other helpful info I can give you is don;t break it and expect any help from KHS. Otherwise enjoy.
