    Question

    I weigh right around 180lbs. what spring weight should i run on my F5?

    I'd say most start at 300lbs., I think Markskee uses a 350 to run a little firmer - I would guess he weighs around 200lbs. as well.

    i would think it would be like 350 as well... i'm 125lbs and use a 250... I think guys who weigh like 140 - 160 use the 300 just fine...

    What the ......you weigh 125lbs??? you need one of these mang.....or maybe forget a Ti spring run a plastic one (less weight).......jk mang shotski...!!!

    dude... i've been trying to gain all the weight i lost from my time off... Back into training and doing weights... and guess what? No change... lols... Yes, i'd so eat that... XD

    btw, imma buy some used skis and make a SHOTSKI!

    I weigh 190 and just switched to a 400 on my F5 with a Vivid. Finally went an entire race weekend without feeling a bottom out. 300&350=Fail.... I was constantly breaking linkage hardware.
