My Wife just got a xcl it's nade me think about getting an evo frame

I'm really impressed with the XCL, and I'm thinking a want to buy an evo frame.

does any one run a coil on their evo? either DHX or a Rocco.
    and
    what is the standover?

    Thanks

Haven't seen too many coils on EVOs but it's been done. Heck, Ted, the designer of the EVO and XCL, runs a CCDB coil on his XCL.

Standover, if I recall, was a tad high on paper but in practice I never noticed it even though I have short legs (30" inseam).

    The EVO, btw, rocks.

I think the 2008 EVOs that are arriving soon are really beautiful and have some new features that make it a really attractive bike. New features for 2008:

    Newly designed rocker link
Quad bearings front and rear- increased lateral stiffness
    ISCG mounts
Direct mount Derailleur - easier installation for precise shifting
Narrower seat stays - more pedaling clearance

I've got a CCDB on my Evo and I wouldn't go back to an air shock. I think the Rocco or the DHX would be an improvement on the dhx air.
