Been fiddling with my XCL; adding here changing there. This is my latest, but I'm sure not last build.

Actually I'm looking to put on some blingin' Hadley/Notubes wheels.

Anyway. Here are some pics.

I figure if I hit enough rocks it'll evolve into a shweet bashgaurd. Weighs in at 34.5lbs. I think it'll lose some weight with the new wheels and tubeless conversion.

Nice ride...but the triple chainring and long stem scream "XC" to me.

It fits me nice with the current cockpit. Although the longer stem does make it a little harder to get the front end up, I like it for when I'm going up steep stuff.

I do use the big chainring sometimes. It gets beat up but it doesn't seem to adversely affect my rides, so I'll keep it until its useless and then I'll make a decision about what to put on.

XC? We definitely have different definitions.

I went the Wotan route as well. Impressed so far, but not enough miles to comment...

Do you like the Wotan on it? That stem was the first thing I got rid of. I'd love to get rid of the big ring and replace it with a nice bash guard...but I just dropped too much money on some Minions this weekend at the bike park.
