medium XCL fit a guy 5'7, 30 inch inseam??

saw a good deal, but I'm a little concerned that I need a small... been riding a medium cannondale, and 18 kona, and i'm fairly comfy, but always hearing people talking about riding a smaller frame for tossing around-ability.

    thoughts?

I would go with a small.

I'm 5' 8 1/2". I ride a small. It's a tad on the small side. I would recommend a small. I'm thinking of going with a 110mm stem and setback seatpost. Although I'm worried how it might affect handling, because right now it feels good, except when standing and pedaling.

    Xcl Small

Your size would be ideal for a small. Our bikes tend to run a little on the large size so being 5'7" with a 30 inseam would be about ideal for a small. From the vast feed back we've received, 5'9" up to above 6'0"+ is the average range for medium.

    Thank you for your interest.
