    KHS XC504/304 flex problems?

I recently started having a problem where my chain gets jammed between the small and middle rings when powering up a hill in the small ring, and it seems to be due to flex, either in the BB or swingarm. I'm running a Truvativ crankset on a square taper BB, and I'm wondering if a new Isis/X-Type/etc. crankset and BB would help with the flexing.

Has anyone else had flex issues?

I have not had any flex problems. I've been riding my 304 frame a year now. The swingarm is flexy if I push against it, but it doesn't seem to flex enough while riding for me to notice or to cause drivetrain issues.

Can you force the problem if you tried to repeat it? Or is it an inconsistent issue that comes and goes?

I've also been riding my 304 about a year now with no noticeable flex, and I'm a clyde.
