    Joining the Chumba family...

I have an XCL on the way and should be at my house on 12/27. I cannot wait to get her built up. Only bad thing is we have plenty of snow up here in the northeast so it may be a while before it gets a real trail ride in. Might do a snow DS race on it though. I also have the F5 on order for DH racing and should have that mid-January.

Cannot wait for the '08 season and glad to be representing Chumba Racing in the northeast racing expert old man class.

Thanks for everything Alan and hope to actually meet you, Ted and Jason in person. Maybe you guys can make a eastcoast DH trip. Would be my pleasure to show you around to all the great lift assisted mountains we have here.

    Steve

Wow! Somebody was good this year to have an XCL and a F5 invoice in their stocking. Congrats!

Well, she showed up on Thursday and had her done by Thursday night. Now I just need the snow to melt.

All of these parts came off of my prior bike.

    Fox float 140mm
    Hayes HFX-9 brakes, 160 rear 180 front
    Sun Ringle Charger wheels
    SRAM x9 shifters
    x9 rear der.
    xt e-type front der
    Thomson Post
    LX cranks
Easton 100mm stem (might go to a 90mm)
    Azonic Stealth carbon bars
    Chumba saddle
    Kenda Nevegal 2.35 tires

Not sure of the weight, probably about 31-32lbs, Don't really care as long she rides the way I imagine she will.
