This thread is more proper to post in the drivetrain forum, as this forum is for custom frame builders and other manufacturers of frames not on the main forums.

At first I was thrown off by the "DT Swiss" label because the Onyx hub was not labeled with the "Swiss" because it was not made in Switzerland, presumably (Switzerland has some strict protection laws for manufactured goods and prevention of confusion of manufacturing origin that stems from the watch industry). The seals, body, and especially "two-pawl" mechanism all point to the Onyx.

These are the 'non series' hub from DT Swiss, basically an OEM item that is otherwise known as the 'Cerit' hub. Jerk Chicken is pretty much correct, basically just an Onyx hub (but these are made in Asia instead).

    Great hubs either way.
