    Discs on a Sycip

My Maguras (Marta and Louise) won't mount on the back of my Sycip. What disc brakes are you Sycip owners running?

The main body of the caliper won't clear the downward curving upper cross brace of the disc mount. I pulled a set of Avid mechanicals off another bike and they (see pic) clear with a lot of space. It is still kind of a drag that neither of my Magura hydros fit. Is there an adapter out there that I don't know about (I don't know much )?

try using the avid adapter with the maguras unless the are i/s then you'll just have to look and different brakes.

    bigger disc

looks like you could make clearance for a bigger disc. You would need the adapter for your caliper and, of course, a larger diameter disc.

    Maybe you don't want that.
