Steve Stickel is in Harrisonburg Virginia and does great work. Do a search on mtbr to see some examples.

jim kish is on the west coast but he is killer he teaches the ti welding class at UBI and is a custom builder also. He does steel and TI, really nice guy!!!! www.kishbike.com
