    Chumba Skewers are Saint Compatible

I don't know how many of you have seen the new Chumba skewers, but they are essentially 9mm and 10mm QR thru-axles. I was messing around with one in the garage today, and to my surprise, the threading on the rear skewer is Saint compatible.

This might be an easy way for you Evo Complete (or XCL even) owners to bulletproof their rear derailleur. Saint RD's can be had for as little as $25 from Jenson. Of course, you'd need to change to Shimano shifters though...

Oh really? That's very interesting... I have those skewers on my XCL. Think we can talk SRAM into making a comparable RD?

Any hub with a 9mm (front) or 10mm (rear) thru-axle will work. The Chumba Completes come with wheels set up this way.

Nice! I'm getting one. I've got the saint, just waiting on my through axle rear hub.
