    CHUMBA Racing is looking for Product Testers/Reviewers!!

    We are a boutique, U.S. manufacturer out of Anaheim, CA.( Most of our research, design, prototyping, and manufacturing are done in-house. That being said, we would like to have some Southern California residents review our products, especially the all new six inch trail bike, the EVO.

    The new EVO showcases some of our most recent innovations, including:

    * Over 14 CNC machined parts for a stronger, stiffer frame, the rockers alone take an hour each to machine;

    * Dual Bearings. CHUMBA is one of the few manufacturers to use dual bearings in an all mountain frame at a static pivot location. We do this for unparalleled lateral stiffness -- dramatically reducing flex. This means your EVO will be more pedal efficient, steer better, and track better in the corners; and

    * Force Channeling Centralization Suspension Design: (1) Balance point in middle of bike for best handling. This means you do not have to compensate by shifting your body weight when you climb, descend, or rail a corner; (2) Forces channeled towards headtube of bike for increased stability and pedaling when suspension activates. This means suspension-induced forces are working with you, not against you; (3) shock mounted on strong structural member of bike to reduce unwanted forces.

    We are particularly interested in riders who want to do side-by-side comparisons with other all mountain frames, for example, the Santa Cruz Nomad or Turner RFX. You will have 2 weeks to demo the bike. Once you are done, all we ask is that you provide an objective review on the frame. Of course we can't fulfill all requests, but we will do as many as possible.

    If you are interested, please send an e-mail to [email protected], answering the following questions:

    1. What kind of bike do you currently ride?

    2. What would you consider the greatest strengths of your current xc/all mountain frame?

    3. What would you consider the biggest weaknesses of your current xc/all mountain frame?

    4. How would you describe your type/style of riding?

    5. How often do you ride, and do you ride in groups mostly or alone?

    6. Describe the performance of your dream bike in the all mountain category.
