Sram SX rear derraileur upshifts very slowly

I bought this bike 3 weeks ago.
I have ridden it around 8 times now and more recently I have started to experiment lateness in upshifting from the Sram SX rear derraileur, this is specially evident, and quite fruustrating, when upshifting from the largest cog to the 2nd and 3rd.
BTW my SX shifter DOESN´T allow to upshift more than a gear at the time.
I menton this as there are 2 versions on the SX shiter.

This is quite frustrating as you loose a lot of momentum and i also dont like that for example if you click to upshift on the shifter 2, or 3 times the chain doesn´t move for a couple of pedal strokes (sometimes five full cycles or so) and then boom suddenly it drops th 2 or 4 cogs at once.
This wasn´t as noticeable during the first weeks.

When i work on the bike in a stand this doesnt happen.
And i dont experience any lateness when downshifting.

Is this something particular from the Srram SX being too cheap?
Is there an adjustment for this situation in particular?

    Thank you
Lesson of the month: Don`t run of a cliff on your Mountain Bike. It`s quite painful.

Loosen the cable a bit with the barrel adjuster on the shift lever (clockwise)
    I brake for stinkbugs
