Is my handlebar swept back too much?

Trying to figure if my bars are swept back too much? Also can any one make a rough guess as to what angles they look like they are set at, as the bars do not come with any angle markings.

Yeah. It's totally personal preference, as discussed in your many recent threads on this topic.

It does look to me like your controls are rotated way too far downward though.
    Do the math.

Totally preference, and I can't tell squat from your pic, anyway.

If you want to get an idea of how they are rotated, you need to look at them from the side. Step back a few feet, and look at them with your eyes level with the bars.. If you post a pic, make sure the camera is level.
15mm is a second-best solution to a problem that was already solved.

Not swept enough! Need at least 2.45,° more back and 3.25° up.

JK it's 100% subjective to what feels right to you. Angle the bar, ride around a bit, adjust, ride some more, set. THEN adjust your brake levers and shifter position.
