do all 31.8 stems have standard bolt spacing?

Do all 31.8 stems have standard bolt spacing? Reason being, I want to buy the following stem attachment but I'm not sure if it's compatible with all stems:

I have an Enve M6 stem on my mtb:

No they don't but that looks slotted to handle different widths.

I was gonna say it looks to me like the Exposure mount should have a flat surface to rest against where the bolt heads are and your CF Enve stem doesn't have that, but I see the mount is supplied with tubular standoffs the that would go under the light mount so that it didn't rest against the curved surface of the stem.
    Do the math.

It looks like there are nuts of some sort/or spacers that thread onto the bolts that go into the stem so the brackets sits out from it some.

First comment is holy moly, a $280 stem!...

Second comment is that I have a similar attachment, for camera and GPS (for my road bike), and it works fine. Use with supplied screws and spacers, and all should be fine. You may want to add some threadlocker to the new screws.

EDIT: Mine is this one: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32849959347.html
