Bashguard for 2020 Scott Genius 930

I asked this in the Scott forum but no traction.

2020 Scott Genius 930. I want to run an ISCG05 compatible bashguard (MRP). The frame does not have ISCG05 tabs and the bottom bracket is listed as BB92, press fit. I didnt think this far ahead when I purchased the bike. Is there anyway to run an adapter to threaded BB so I can use a ISCG05 adapter (similar to what is provided with the Ibis Ripmo), another adapter for ISCG05 that might work, or even a standard chain ring style bash guard?

My bashguards do their job, I know from all the marks in them. I'd like to keep my chain ring and frame off the rocks and logs.

Thanks in advance for any info.

I went through this with my buddies 2016 Genius 710.
It had this little red thing, that I could never figure out what it did.
    Chain thingy?
It had 2 holes, but not in ISCG05 position
Apparently Scott riders don't hit things with their bikes.
I asked a similar question in the Scott forum and got nothing.
I never came up with a fulfilling answer.
I hated working on that bike.
Scott doesn't care about home mechanics or people that want to add things to their bikes
They want you to take it to the shop where you bought, and have the factory tech work on it.
    For example
After changing suspension pivots we torqued the retain bolts to the torque spec'd on the outer cover.
We broke 2 of the covers before we stopped
We called the shop we bought the bike from asking WTF?
Answer: Oh no never torque the suspension bolts to the spec'd torque. To tight.
I'll never recommend a Scott to anyone ever again.
    Sorry.
If you're a tinkerer I recommend riding the bike for awhile then sell it before it needs a major service and get something else

Outside of some of the annoying maintenance artifacts they are very good bikes.
We ditched the front remote lock out as it really clutters the handlebars, and isn't that useful. Kept the rear.
Also when the press fit bottom bracket did it's eventual creaky thing we switched to a wheel manufacturing thread together bottom bracket, and that really helped. It didn't creak again until the bearings gave out.
    Good luck

I took it for its first ride today and was really pleased with it, but will likely ditch the fork lockout as well. Is there a way to remove it besides just cutting the cable at the lever?

If memory serves correctly you need to snip the compression cap at the fork or shock or both.
There's a tiny set screw that you pull the cable through then you can slide the whole cable, and housing off the bike.
The extra cables really make for a cluttered cockpit
