    I'd want something a bit more concealed than most of those, perhaps something inside the frame so they can't spot it or take it off as they're scrapping my bike. I saw something like that on 20/20 a few weeks ago where they were tracking stolen bikes in San Fran, CA.

    The crash alert feature is a pretty nice form of insurance too. However I wonder how it determines an actual crash vs a rough trail instead of sending your friends or emergency services saying, "[Rider] has experienced 38 crashes in the last mile. Dispatch rescue." That conjures funny images in my head of an ambulance trying to chase a biker on a downhill trail.

    I started a thread over in general with a product I ran across, anybody tried it or have thoughts? My concern is that it's crowd GPS based and I live in a smaller town.
