I'm curious what Brookfield provides for legal bike parking.

Streetview shows 12 full bikeracks: https://www.google.ca/maps/@43.67047...VF4w!2e0?hl=en

But there are just as many bikes locked to poles and whatnot. Seems like Brookfield/Toronto need to install more racks.

Sounds like these mall cops should spend less time cutting bike locks and studying for the next police exam.

Guess I'm going to go landscape my neighbor's lawn to fix all those "tripping hazads" I don't like.

If that was in fact public property, which it sounds like it was, she should file a police report and tell the police she knows who stole the bike. Unfortunately I'm sure the police won't do anything, but at least if she can tell the company she filed a police report and will be getting the word out to others to do the same, they may think twice about it.
