Umm... I think you need a plane ticket to the Canary Islands. Tenerife, maybe?

canary islands may not have cobblestones!

you also have to remember that in Amsterdam, eveyrone acts like the bikes have right of way... so they ride crazy and drivers watch out for them! I saw a 6 year old kid standing on the rack of her mom's cruiser as her mom leaned around a corner at about 15kph over the cobblestones. helmetless, both of them.

it IS a city meant for cyclists.
If steel is real then aluminium is supercallafragiliniun!

Not touching it with a 10' pole.

Besides, as a female, I can attest it is blatantly false advertising!

Very wise. I'd expect nothing less of you.

As I thought. I just don't remember seeing that kind of smile on female cyclists,., while riding their bikes, anyway. Explains why the B17 sucks as a 'marital aid'!

Makes me think about Meg Ryan ordering breakfast with Billy Crystal. What was that movie called?
As a side note, I like the pierced top tube on the bike. Vanmoof. Hadn`t heard of them.

That top tube has lights on both ends, not sure how effective they are though. I see them advertised on a top banner that frequently pops up on Bikeforums. Some place that sells nice (albeit expensive) commuters, foldies and Dutch bikes.

That would be a neat heat sink solution to powerful LED lights. Could even do the battery in there as part of a mono insert stem to stern with upgrade modules ala Lupine and Dinotte. The one I looked up was almost 400 Euros, Shimano coaster brake. Stiffish good aluminum frame. City SS meets Cruiser, I guess.
