One set of tabs with fenders and a rear rack?

I am looking at buying a winter bike and many have had only one set of eyelets on the rear. Is it possible to add a rack and fenders with only one set of eyelets? Can fenders be attached to a rack?

I have never had a rack but may want to get one in the future.

I have mounted fender on just about every bike made over the past 20 years, having the time and patience is another thing. Any good LBS should have a stock pile of seat stay reflector bracket mounts, which are good for adapting fender mount struts without using brazed eyelets. LBS may let you look at their miscellaneous brackets/hardware (junk drawer) too…should be able to find some good stuff there as well.

I actually run a full length set of SKS’s on my ATB in the winter, it is a hard tail so it's easier to mount the rear fender, but you should see some of the looks I get with my front full length fender on my SID World Cup...hilarious! It does look kind of goofy but I am usually the one who is dry on our wet rides.

This is the order I put them in too, it worked the best for me. Otherwise the rack got in the way of the fender struts.
