    my new roadie

    well i went into my lbs today to talk about getting a SS langster and was pointed in a bit of a different direction but couldnt be happier with the service or the new bike i ordered 2010 Specialized Ellez sport triple

    i cant wait to pick it up on friday and go for a ride

    thanks man i cant wait to ride it im just glad it came in XXL lol being 6'8 260 and buying bikes can be a bit tough but i have a great LBS that has always come through for me

    Clip-on aerobars are supposed to make a huge difference.

    Yeah I have a few roadie friends that said areo bars are really nice so ill see about maybe getting a set

    get a HR Monitor and talk to someone who knows how to set it up its amazing what you can learn about your body and the training you can throw at it!!!
