    Yes we do here in Montreal. Not as everywhere in town as we'd like, but at least we have some

    Yes, the Fremont Ave / 34th St. intersection in Seattle has one in the east-west direction only. Only one I know of though, now that I think about it.

    Nope- thankful that I haven't been run over by slow 'n go auto jerkwad drivers though. Even if there was a bike graphic instead of WALK, I don't think the motorists would change their ways : /
