Commuting: Winter tires to spring/summer/fall tires on a Pugs

I've been winter commuting about 10 miles a day (city/suburban asphalt) on my Pugsley, with 3.8" Nates inflated to about 8-10 ppi. No problems with snow or potholes.

Good weather is on the way (eventually), and I'm thinking about changing out the Nates for something more appropriate. I've got a set of Knards sitting around. I could either switch them out and go from there, or maybe get a set of Black Floyds for the warm months.

Also thinking about getting a set of Rolling Daryl or Marge Lite drilled rims, same idea.

Guy at the local LBS also suggested just inflating the Nates to maybe 14 lbs - cheapest solution.

    What would you do?
