    Can my bike power my toaster?

    Or, how many cyclists would it take to power a home for a day?

    We also have a kid's science museum where you can ride a bike to symbolically power the elevator. I remember being impressed how much pedaling that took.

    The ridiculousness of cycling clothes increase exponentially in relation to the distance from your bicycle.
