Brought in Lunch for the Office Today

I made pulled pork for a fundraiser at work. Someone commented "bet you won't be biking in tomorrow." Wrong. Put shopping panniers on. Cooler with still hot pork shoulder wrapped in foil and towels in one pannier, homemade BBQ sauce and foil pan for serving in the other. Served around 30 people a meal delivered by bicycle.

I don`t generally like surprises, but that one sounds pretty good. You stuffed it into a single pannier?

The shoulder went in one, the tin pan and bbq sauce in the other. Other people brought in some sides.

The bbq style is more memphis or tx, sugar and spice rub with a molasses based bbq sauce. I like North Carolina style too but most people in the northeast associate bbq with sauce and we want people to come buy the stuff so we can raise some money for our office picnic.
