    I've never met a person who wasn't made giddily happy by riding a bike.
    even newbs who crashed every 10 feet.
    If steel is real then aluminium is supercallafragiliniun!

    Depends on the bike. Sometimes they're like boats.

    I broke the chainstay on my last commuter. I was going to part it and recycle the frame, but a teammate didn't want me to do that and bought it from me for $40. I was relieved to see it go! I think he's planning to practice welding on the frame tubes, not sure what he has in mind for what's left of the parts. I told him up front everything was pretty beaten.
