1 year Car Free and 10000km

Wow can't believe its been a year since I sold my car. To celebrate my 1 year and 10000km milestone I plan on treating myself to some bike stuff. My choices are as follows:

Upgrade the Alivio/Atlus components on my daily Hardtail

New wheels for my f/s 29er

11 spd IGH for my 700c hybrid

With recent failings on my main commuter I've decided to upgrade some of those components.

I've ordered a set of shimano hydro brakes to replace the tektros
Put on a new SRAM cassette and chain.
I think I will go for an XT rear mech and shifter

If it's been a while, hop on a road bike before you spend any money.

My Trek Portland is a kickass commuter.

Congratulations. I was car-free two years in college. It would be much harder for me to do now and I admire the accomplishment.
