Can't make the bikepacking presentation tonight, have plans with my little sister. I'll expect a full report Thursday, when we're SHREDDING THE TRAILS TO RIBBONS.

In a sustainable, environmentally friendly way.

Also, woot for on-time starts and corn dogs and biking to work again.

Got in a good Post-work ride this evening on the Big Green Hill. Started at the Dog Park> across the Lower Traverse>Up BOX O ROX...took the Summit Loop > Down East Ridge( which made me go Weeeee Little Piggy!!!!)> Up Two Towers> Down Rooney Valley ( which made me go I'm a rocket baby, Vroom!!) and back across the Lower Traverse. I might start liking this SS thing again.

    Anybody own a Quad Copter?

Found this video of some race footage taken by a quad copter, really cool perspective. I have always thought it would be really cool getting some video like that of the stream of lights coming down the Big Green Hill

    <iframe width="853" height="480" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/QPdOHXtUXoY" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

Love the guy at the end when he just tosses his bike into the water Someone taco'd his wheel earlier and he could not ride it anymore.

Good seeing everyone last night at REI.

More than a bit, for sure, but it's as close as GM gets.

P.S. - solid use of the Yo Dawg meme.

"Yo Dawg, I heard you like bikepacking... so I put a bike on your backpack on your back so you can bikepack while you bike with your backpack!"

I assume that stance when I pray to the Gods of Climbing.

O holy Vert, we suffer in Your name for the ups you give us graciously and the stoke you give our legs. Only through you may we achieve downhill nirvana.
