    tower road gps file

    does anyone have a gps file for tower road in fort collins? I would llike some numbers to back up my statement of " it's really steep" to my boyfriend. thanks!

    You could map it out with something like MapMyRIDE and it will give you an elevation profile.

    1,500 ft over 3 miles. You can always find steeper, but Tower is a challenging climb.

    It just occurred to me that the elevation plot I posted is only to the Mill Creek intersection. Add another 200-300 feet to the actual tower facility.

    I thought that summit elevation looked a bit low.
