I had kinda a rough plan to ride in the canyon tomorrow, but work has thrown me a curve ball. There's a good chance I'll be working...
But I'm down for whateva if I don't have to, so long as the ride starts in the a.m.

We all know I can't pass that offer up. Someone needs to pick on when and where to be.
I'm starting to think maybe section 16 ride or Palmer tech ride. Paul put the SS2 back together so I'm trying to think of something that would be fun to ride that on.

I think Palmer Park is going to be mucky. I'd say just wait until Sunday for the big bike ride when things will be drier, but that won't work for Paul.

Regardless, I have a freshly rebuilt Hammerschmidt on the Knolly that I'm looking to get some action on Sunday since Saturday's don't work for me.

Ok looks like we will go to stratton open space (ridgeway lot) at 0900 tomorrow morning and go from there. We can pick a route once we are there at the top of the chutes. Hope this works for everyone.

That is some flowy dirt goodness I'm calling out.

Besides its riding dirt...with patches of ice...yeah, I rode Buckhorn and
Jacks a little slower then usual during my Wednesday Lunch due to ice and thinking of that smack to my knee.

If the pavement doesn't dry fast enough for the 10am road ride not be a soaking wet ride in the draft I'll be back out on the SS. Post up where you are headed; if I can make it I'll leave late to leave myself a good chase.

666....the trail of the beast! It is going to be solid ice now, haven't been down it in a while, Sunday may be a doable day for it?

Bucks was in excellent shape earlier Mon and Tue (pretty much totally dry). I did some late afternoon/early evening rides, did laps on it, as it was so sweet. I chopped a fall over tree at the bottom on Buck's on Tuesday (blown down early Monday?). There was also a moto that had ridden down to the double switchbacks and turned around, but they didn't seem to be around. Some ugly ice spots on lower jacks, so be careful. Enjoy!

Good times y'all, except for that one incident. I think I'm an inch shorter than when I left home this morning....wonder if that tree survived.
