    Looks sweet!

How come none of these sweet industry jobs can't be in Colorado Springs?

Turns out that five years of not mountain biking, really makes one strive to get back to it.

(I'm sorry, I get a little testy when THREE phone messages and two emails go unanswered)

I love the man's product and the work they do. I just need to talk with someone at his company for 2 minutes about the work they've done and been paid for. I don't think that's asking too much, especially for a company that's in the service industry.

It's not any big secret that Push has had growing pains, and this area has been a weakness for them. I'm just trying to communicate with Push in any way I can.

I apoologize if I've offended anyone. I will remove the original post.

    Customer Service

    S-Works,

I'd be happy to speak with you. I know that we're a little slow getting back to people right now, but if you leave a message on our voicemail, you should get a call back within a day.

Please e-mail me directly with your name and daytime phone number and I'd be happy to get in touch with you. I can assure you that customer service is our first priority.

Well I don't know much about taking forks apart but I would make a GREAT customer service manager!

I look forward to bringing my shock over for some upgrades. It's good to see Loveland growing with some cool people and interesting companies!

That was not suppose to be a "whine" jab. It was suppose to be the open mouth of shock expression recognizing you had a problem. I laughed actually in the backhanded way you said it.

Sorry dude, I guess I better sit myself down in my exam chair and check my eyes!?!? Or at least get a guide to those little symbols that I don't know how to use.

I can vouch for Push Industries' customer service. Darren's quick help with my fox shock saved my son's and my Moab trip this weekend. Thanks again Darren.

I rec'd a call personally from Darren. He answered all my questions. Very happy with his products and will be using his services in the future, and I support his company and vision wholeheartedly.
