    Wow, looks like great riding for super late season. Unfortunately.

    Bad for snow enthusiasts

    Good for Cyclists

    Either way, crank up those lifts!

    I wonder who has the right of way, an uphill cyclist or a snowboarder?

    Awesome photos!

    Is there any trick to riding at Sol Vista? Does one need a lift ticket or some other sort of "official" permission to ride? Or can one just arrive and hike the mountain?

    Thimee, i believe you only need to either (1) pay lift ticket to get to top, or (2) ride up - either will get you the SV DH goods. this may eventually be restricted to lift-serve only, but there's only a few of us weenies who ride up.

    tried to venture over to the SV trails today, but the fall lines and trails over there were snowed in, and it was in the 20's most of the day so a deathmarch was less appealing. still snuck another ride in today on singletrack, which for this late is rare.

    most of the skiable terrain for WP is man made snow and the typical ribbon of death stuff.

    let it snow
