Question(s) re: cx race on Sun 11/30

So I think I'm going to race the CX event at Bear Creek tomorrow. I've got a question about categories, if anyone can help out.
Looking at the flyer I'm a little confused about what I should race. I'm 33, this is my first cx race in about 4 yrs and my 5th ever. I finally have a cx bike again, though its a singlespeed and I'm looking to break it in tomorrow and have some fun in a masochistic kinda way. Is Cat 4 the default for people like me haven't raced much but aren't 35 yet?

Cheeers, I look forward to suffering with some of you tomorrow.

Yes. I recently started racing CX. Raced a single but have only raced 35+ cat 4, huge field 90 starters. Next chance I want to try singlespeed cat if available for a smaller fields but some have serious talent, open and cat 2 racers looking for a change? Best of luck, maybe tomorrow for me.

Yes. Hope to see you out there. I'll be on an orange and white Jamis Nova Pro in the Cat 4's.

Yes, you can either race in Cat4 or Singlespeed. Cat 4 will have a bigger field, which is also part of the fun!
