    Is that Peru Creek, on the south-east side of Grays Peak? I don't know what the connector trail is between the two lakes are though.

    That's it IE, this is called Horseshoe Basin.

    It's basically the very end of the Peru Creek road. The road just sort of continues between the two ponds, but doesn't really go anywhere specific. The little leg going uphill ends at a mine. Peru Creek is one of the alternate routes for hiking Grays and Torreys, but the approach to this point takes awhile if you're not on a bike.
