    looking for local frame builder

I.m looking for a list of local frame builders. I'm aware of Zinn, Lenz, Dean/Ionic and Yeti. Does Mauer(sp?) still build bikes, what about Nobilette? Who else in the front range is building frames? Thanks for the help.

Thank, but take Anvil Bikes off your list. I don't build frames for customers anymore.

Yep, Todd Shusterman never gets the attention he deserves. Wicked smart & innovative dude. Has his own rims, cranks, lots of other stuff.

Flight's a new company, just starting up, so the website's not up yet. I'm riding one of their pre-production FS bikes. But, to answer your question, no 29er in the works that I know of.

I don't have any affiliation other than I think his bike is interesting... There are a lot of good builders around here including all of those on your list.

Daryl has been the MTB biz forever. His new La Ruta MTB is one of cleanest Ti designs I've ever seen and rides great! He's building a new line of road bikes too.

CO is lucky to have a great bunch of custom builders. Others to add to your list include Paketa (Magnesium frames), Rich Gangl, Tessier, and a few others I'm drawing a blank on but will remember right after I post this....
