A Little Help please, Silverthorne area

I'm going to be staying in the Silverthorne area in a couple of weeks and could use some trail advice. This is more of a family trip (staying with parents and such) but being the obsessed greedy mountain biker I am, of course I'm gonna be hitting the singletrack as much as possible.

I have set aside one day for some downhilling and I'm assuming Keystone is the place to go instead of Vail, I will also be bringing the XC machine for some quick hit 1-2 hour rides in between hiking and hanging out with the wife and family. I have done very little biking in Summit County and could use a little advice for some singletrack, hopefully not too far of a drive away. I also want to get in one long ride as well if time allows, any advice is greatly appreciated.

Jeez, man - do a search. There have been approximately 4,280 Summit Co ride reports just in the last two weeks.
