    Little bike, big ride

I think I could get used to this XC schit, but I'm gonna keep my DH tires next time! Rroeder, Ice Geek and Colorado Paul, that was an EPIC ride on Sunday. Seriously though, next time, I'm going to bring the Delirium!

Yep, that was a fun one, Dudes!

They don't look like much but them two little climbs at the end sucked donkey balls!!! My one obligatory crash was on the last one....so close to being blood free.

...or maybe just the tires from the DT?

    Good stuff that.
Since when did Need have anything to do with this?

I got an idea, how about we bring the big bikes and shuttle it next time? That was a great day out, I'm ready for some high country action soon, Kenosha into Breck or Monarch in a few weeks?

I hear talk of a Kenosha->Breck expedition for July 4th. Given conditions reports from this weekend, it looks like some character-building over snow travel might be encountered.

I'm in for the 4th. Icegeek, are you going to be on a bike or skis? It's a semi-serious question.
A trail thatís too difficult wouldnít exist because itíd never be used. But, trails can exist thatíre too difficult for you.

What's the shuttle plans? I'm supposed to go up to Loveland and ride with Squeak but we were talking about other ride options, I need to be back for some dinner/fireworks plans.

Nickle- do you have an XCish bike to ride right now? Wouldn't want to do this ride on your Preston

Na, not at the moment. I have the Preston in all its glory, the ES2 (trials), an old Group 1 (BMX), and some crappy custom HT frame that just arrived last night with another HT frame expected to arrive Thursday (dirt jumper). I ordered everything for the custom, including another set of I9's and other pretty little components, but none of that stuff will be here before the 4th. I'll either have to ride the Preston or not go. I'd rather at least try and fail then not try at all.

There's a big optical illusion occurring in the above picture. The bike really isn't that raked out. Trust me, it's sitting in my bedroom.

Fireworks from the Westridge would be a nice time... Then there's that drunken ride down in the dark.
