Do you have discs on your Steelhead? I was installing my Hayes on mine and the holes on the frame are much bigger then the adapter I have. When I bought the adapter they told me there was only one size, so I was wonderin if you encountered this same problem or not.

damn their hayes, too. you know the adapts peice you have to use to convert the holes? well the holes don't match up....did i get a knock-off steelhead?

Nope 100% reall grade a quality, Im guessing that they dont match up because you had a crackintail

doupt it....I think there's an different adapter for front and back calipers...maybe you're using the wrong one.

I have a steelhead as well, but am running vbrakes rear.
