    Baila La Cumbia

I finally found what I was looking for, at least the last track, not the entire mix. From freakin' Nicaragua

Thought I'd go very retro Run DMC 1984

This is vintage even for me. Back then I had never heard anything like this. I played this for my girlfriend at the time, a great dancer but she'd never heard it either. It was a real pleasure watching her dance to this entire album...but that's another thread

Playing this while trying to un-brick one of my computers thanks Windows Update

Windows Update 1803 does not play nice with a lot of computers. Not easy to fix, at least for the tech un-savvy people such as me

    Another Deftones

I'm up in Summit county. Been a long day of work, need something high energy to get me going. Next I'm gonna listen to their entire CD "White Pony" but you get to find that one on Y'tube your own self.

Another Filter track. I'm typing this as I'm looking out the window of the Frisco library at the latest forest fire billowing up to the north. Need rain!

And the music goes on and on and it don't stop

I know I'm posting too many links here lately but...one more. It turns out that Alex H is an artist that I've heard many times in these mixes but never noted who it was. Well, I just stumbled across a set of his stuff on Y'tube and, have to say, I'm going to make his tracks mandatory listening when I'm doing my work. Like this one (and also, an amazing photo for this track, really well done on many levels)

    More Deep House

I listen to a lot of this guy's mixes. A combination of too raunchy beginning images and weak spots here and there in certain mixes keeps me from posting up more of them but this one is pretty solid. And who doesn't like pics of chihuahuas?

    Back into the Progressive archives

I came back with a gazillion images from my last CB/Utah trip. I've got my head down, eyes glued to my monitor, fingers a blur on my keyboard and working to this helps.

Not complaining. Since I shoot so much on these trips, progressively from morning to evening, day to day to day, when I'm processing the images I get to relive the trip in a linear fashion. Right now I'm on Jack's Cabin Cutoff between the Taylor River canyon and CB

    For the slot canyoneers here

I'm headed back out to Utah in a couple of weeks as a tourist, not working. As such I'll have time to visit some slot canyons...the easy ones...not like The Squeeze in this video.

"Keepers" are pools that a solo person can't get out of, you need another climber with you to assist

I've taken my own advice and started listening to this thread from the beginning

I'm up to Swervedriver, one of my fave bands from the '90s. Here's "Deep Seat" off their album "Raise" I believe their first.

It's Wall O' Guitars times 10. Just concentrate on the bass line and let the guitars swirl around inside your head...hey, worked for me in the early '90s!

I had a great year in 2018, looking forward to 2019. I started the new year by having this song in my head while sleeping last night (not the Beastie Boys, not Deep House but...)

I'm studying new techniques, trying to up my game...like everyone has to in any profession. So...

Why not a Trance mix from 2012 to study to?
