Muddy, and I live right next to it FWIW. But don't worry you can ride around the most muddy parts like I saw a bunch of goons on niners do yesterday.

Ran it today. Hidden Fawn and the Three Sisters Trail were both ok with only a few muddy spots. I bet "Fast Ridge" (towards Dedisse) would be good out and down the switch backs before you hit the trees for an out and back. Bearberry was muddy/ snowy/ icy as was the Mtn. Muhly. loop. Ranch View has the usual huge snow drift. Didn't make it up the Evergreen Mountain side.

I would give it a bit longer... but it is getting close.
