What tailgate pad for an old F-150.

I'm looking for a tailgate pad for an old (2003) F-150. Having issues because the tailgate for that model year is ridiculously short at 48 inches. Pretty much every tailgate pad seems to be 52 inches or longer.

Anyone have an F-150 of that generation with a pickup pad?

For reference this is what the rear looks like for that year.

We produce the MultiTaskR truck rack that fits your truck or any other.( matter of fact, we know of a couple of customers that have trucks similar to yours)
The MultiTaskR is not a pad but rather a solid rack that uses two crossbars and a unique bike mounting system that fits inside of the bikes steerer tube, which expands and securely holds and locks your bike in place. No tie downs, straps or rope required. The MultiTaskR will prevent bike/ tailgate contact which will prevent damage to either.
other mounts are available to carry things like SUP's, kayaks, surfboards, lumber, ladders, etc. the MultiTaskR can be folded down or completely removed in less than 30 seconds.

Sorry for posting for a business, but if we can offer a product that is helpful in your case of of others, why not?
