Thule 916 T2 ADD ON - suggestions for 20in beach cruisers with fenders

I own a Thule 916 T2 and need to carry two more bikes. BUT, these are 20in Electra Lilí Betty beach cruisers with fenders, so the Thule add on will not work unless I remove the front fenders. Which my girls and wife will not allow me to do.

QUESTION: Has anyone else added on to the T2 another bike rack? Iím thinking it would be one without a pivoting (fold down/up) mechanism and support the cruiser by the ?? frames ?? Or maybe the add-on of another platform rack that secures a bike with fenders.

What are your thoughts, rack suggestions.

Please donít tell me to sell the T2 and buy a 1up or any other kind of rack since I still need/use the T2 with 4 DH bikes.

    Thanks in advance,

    Bungee cords.

I've used my T2 with a full fendered bike and haven't had issues. Grab as much of the front wheel as you can the use bungee cords or ratchet straps to secure the frame.
