Tassajara and Swagman hitch bike rack

Hi everyone.. I am getting a hitch mount swagman bike rack for my tassajar disk. Will the cables that run along the bottom of the top tube be affected by the clamps on the rack? Is this something I need to worry about? Do I need to get an adaptor for this rack and bike?
    Thanks for the info..

No, no, and no. Just dont squeeze any levers when its cradled on the rack. Its'll be fine. Both of my frequesnt riding buddies have GFs with bottom routed cables. No problems in 3+ years.
