    Tahoe transport options

For those of you with SUV's and families, how are you transporting the family and their bikes?

I have a 2001 Tahoe, and I'm looking for ideas to transport 4 people, 4 bikes, and supplies.

    Hitch, roof, or small trailer?

Thule T2 hitch rack for the bikes. Most of the stuff and all of the people inside. If I need more room, I use a Thule rooftop cargo carrier.

I've tried a roof rack setup on a full sized SUV and its a pain..hitch racks are definitely the way to go. Cars = roof rack, SUVs = hitch rack..
