Swagman Ball Mount Bike Rack ?

    I have a Tacoma P/U with a cap.
Loading 2 bikes into the truck with the cap is a real pain.
I don't want to remove the cap and I don't want to buy a hitch.

One possible option I do have is -
The bumper is steel and has the hole for a towing ball.
Swagman makes a 3 bike ball hitch rack. See Here

I would only put 1 bike on the rack but no more than 2 bikes.
The total weight with 2 bikes including the rack would be around 80 pounds.
I don't think this amount of weight on the bumper would be a problem.

I can get one of these for $70 but I was wondering if anyone
has had experience with Swagman racks or have any suggestions regarding this.
Thanks in advance for ideas, suggestions or comments.

Thanks Chris for the suggestion. Appreciate it.
Decided to go elsewhere for answers.
