    Repainting Thule 400 towers

Any body got any good advice on what type of product to use to repaint an older set of Thule 400 towers and fit kit that I got on Craig's the other day. Went out and got the recommended fit kit from REI and it seems to be identical to the ones I got with the old setup. Wondering if there's any readily available spray on rubber/paint type stuff that would work for this? Any help greatly appreciated!

    thanks.

get it sprayed with a bedliner coating.
make sure you dont get it on the threads, but that would be awesome, imo.

Bedliner would prolly work, I just wondered if it would be too abrasive at the contact point between hook and door jamb? I know I saw a custom frame from Peacock Groove, where he used a thinned down version of some bedliner to get a really sweet bombproof coating on steel, so maybe I should look into it. Thanks.
