rear mount rack that protects against road salt, dirt, & bad weather?

Is there any rear-mounted bicycle rack that will protect my bikes from weather? Probably not, from what I've seen. My old Previa van shelters two bikes without removing wheels, but is on its last tires. I'd love to buy a high-mileage hybrid van, but there's not one in existence, so my next car might be a Prius or such if I can find a rear-mounted rack that protects from salt and just bad weather in general...

You'll need to go with an after market cover for your bikes. No hitch rack protects against road grime.
